Click on the browse button to locate an image.  The 'picture source' box will contain the location of the image.  The alternate text is any text that you want displayed while the image download.  When you publish your listing this image will be automatically copied to http://www.pics-plus.com/ <your folder><filename>. and the url will be changed in the img tag.
